School of the Prophetic Harp
Note from Michael-David: this album is entirely original music and was created during intense times of worship. This instrumental harp CD has no singing, however, most of the songs were originally inspired with lyrics that were sung spontaneously as received from the Lord. Here are the words associated with the songs and any background or scripture that is referenced. (Click the player arrow next to title to hear a short audio clip)
1. Never the Less I Live - 8:21
This instrumental track can be sung with these modified words from Gal 2:20-21.
I am crucified with Christ: but nevertheless I live; x4
Yet not I, but Christ lives in me: x4
And the life I live I live by the faith of the Son of God, x4
Who loved me, and died for me. x4
2. Lord You Are So Beautiful - 9:35
"Worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness" (Psalm 29:2b NKJV)
This instrumental track can be sung with these lyrics.
Lord You are so beautiful x4
I want to be with You x4
Your Glory frightens me away, but Your beauty beckons me to stay! x4
3. Greater is He That is In Me - Lord I Lift Your Name On High - 8:24
This instrumental track can be sung with these modified words from 1 John 4:4 and Jeremiah 29:13.
Greater is He that is in you, than he that is in the world x4
If you seek Me, you will find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. x4
Lord I lift Your Name on high, Lord I want to look toward heaven x4
All I am, meant to be, You are working out in me! x2
4. Mercy - 5:15
As the Lord gave this melody the feeling that was inspired was that of "Mercy". This instrumental track suggests a prophetic cry for mercy poured from the throne of God and brings to mind Hebrews 4:16 (NKJV): "Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need."
5. Holy Holy Holy Holy - 4:38
This instrumental track features the sound of 14 harpists who were students from the School of the Prophetic Harp, Jerusalem 2010, and can be sung as a round with these modified words from Rev. 4:8.
Part One: Holy, holy, holy, holy
Part Two: Holy, holy, holy, holy, is the Lord God Almighty
Part Three: Who was and who is and who is to come
6. Voice of Many Waters - 8:06
This instrumental track also features the sound of 14 harpists who were students from the School of the Prophetic Harp, Jerusalem 2010, during an intense moment of worship. The heavenly sound brings to mind the scripture in Revelations 14:2 (NKJV) - "And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps."
7. Our Prayers Are as Incense - 5:16
"Let my prayer be set before You as incense, The lifting up of my hands as the evening sacrifice." (Psalm 141:2 NKJV)
This instrumental track can be sung with these lyrics.
Our prayers are as incense as they rise to God's throne
Our prayers are a sweet scent, our petitions are known
By our Heavenly Father who knows every need
And He listens with love as we intercede
8. Solemn Vow - 6:56
"I will fulfill my vows to you, O God, and will offer a sacrifice of thanks for your help."
(Psalm 56:12) New Living Translation
This instrumental track evokes a sense of solemnity as we approach the throne of God. Then, as we enter into His presence, it is with joyful hearts we can offer thanks. As we make our commitment to Him we can have confidence that He hears our prayers with great compassion.

9. Hineni B' Yerushalaim (Here I Am In Jerusalem) Psalm 19 - 05:58
This instrumental track again features the harpists from the School of the Prophetic Harp, Jerusalem 2010. During performances, it was with great joy that the words of the psalmist David were heard throughout the land of Israel as they sang Psalm 19:14 (ASV)... "Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in Your sight, O LORD, my strength and my Redeemer."
Verse 1
Here I am in Yerushalaim
With the Ruach blowing though the air
And the cry of the shofar in the night time
And the sound of the nevel everywhere
Chorus
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight O Lord
Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
Be acceptable in Your sight O Lord
My Strength and my Redeemer
Verse 2
Here we are in the City of David
Where the harp of David ha Melech was heard
When the Ruach blew his heart was stirred to worship
And at midnight he arose and wrote these words... (to chorus)
(Bridge)
In Babylon we hung up our harps, There our hearts for Zion yearned
Now that we are back in Zion, And the ancient sound returns
The sound of the harp returns (to chorus)
Verse 3
Here I am waiting for Messiah
I believe with perfect faith that He will come one day
And though he tarries long I will stay faithful
Daily will I wait for Him and pray
